asked by: a guest If I wanted to get this to replace a threaded quill fork I'd need to pull the top and bottom inside bearings to replace with a threadless setup? What additional parts would I need? I've seen a couple of videos how to do it but the replacement parts aren't obvious. Thanks.
A.
anwered by: canteau To convert from threaded to threadless, you will need to purchase a 1" threaded headset that fits your frame and in addition to the fork, you will also need a threadless stem, and spacers.

anwered by: jackivey The steer tube length is 260mm and the hole for mounting brakes is the standard size. Big enough for almost all single pull brakes. Thanks

asked by: a guest There is a hole in the center of the fork, just below the crown.
Is this hole large enough to fit center pull cantis, like the Dia Compe DC 750? Thanks.
A.
anwered by: canteau The hole in the center of this fork is there so that you can mount a fender.
