Fatsno Pro 4 Rear Fat Bike Hub 170mm x QR

The Fatsno Pro 4 is the latest generation Hope fat bike hub and like the Fatsno Pro 2, it replaces the Fatsno Pro 4 is designed and produced @ Hope's factory in Barnoldswick, UK. Hope machines each Fatsno Pro 4 hub from a forged 2014 T6 aluminum billet for strength and durability. Stainless steel bearings roll smoothly even when ridden through the nasty conditions that fat bikes can be exposed to.

170mm Fatsno rear hubs are available with either a Shimano/SRAM 11-speed and 11-speed Shimano mountain or SRAM 11/12-speed XD freehub body. The Shimano/SRAM freehub includes a spacer for compatibility with 8/9/10-speed cassettes. Hope Fatsno Pro 4 rear hubs have taller hub flanges vs the older Fatsno Pro 2 hubs which increase the strength and stiffness of the wheel without adding additional weight. Pro 4 Fatsno rear hubs also feature an upgraded 44t ratchet system and 4-pawl drive system for lightning fast engagement.

This version of the Fatsno Pro 4 is compatible with 170mm QR frames. Hope does make optional end caps to make it compatible with 177mm x 12mm thru-axle frames.
