djmalwitzBought these for my single speed conversion project and needed a lever that would work with both cantilever brakes and a U-Brake for my '88 mountain bike. Very easy install as well as easy conversion from long to short pull style.

A GuestI bought these levers with the tekro 556 long reach road calipers. They work absolutely perfect and in combination with the tekro 556 calipers, may work as smooth and well as my regular shimano road brakes.

A GuestPulled a pair of 20 yr. old levers off my Trek 7000 and replace with these. Work well with my old cantilever brakes. Looks and feels better than the ginormous levers that were on the bike and what a bargain.

wrobertdavisI changed handlebars on my touring bike from drop bars to moustache bars that are MTB diameter. I wanted to use MTB brake levers with my exhisting V brakes. Not only did they work well, but also, they have screws to adjust lever position and knurled nuts to adjust cable length for fine brake actuation tuning.

rideon63These levers can't be beat for the price! Installed a Titec H-bar on an older road bike with caliper brakes and everything worked out great. The levers have power modulation and reach adjustment that actually works.

mike2gSimple brake lever but still well executed. I would have paid a little more if they could have made the brake lever body polished metal like the brake lever arm. These are solid inexpensive brake levers for your bike if you don't have one of the more modern brake/shifter units. I used this on an older touring bike with bar end shifters and it works great.

A GuestExcellent 22.2mm levers for my cantilever brakes. Purchased this model to enable some day switching to linear pull brakes. So far so good.

537bikingI was not sure what I was going to get because though I know I own Tektro products, renamed and sold by someone else, I have never actually purchased one directly. These are well made and of the highest quality, they should last the lifetime of your bike. Like many things that are made to last a lifetime and come in at this price point, they are not super trick or exciting so don't buy these if you are a fancy lad or lady/poser unless you are trying to rock some sort of retro-hipster vibe. The smart move is to pass on the auction site anodized fancy ones and get these, you will only need to buy once.
