This is a great chain, I replaced the factory chain on my Trek Madone 4.7 with Shimano 105 and believe it improved the shifting performance.
Keep in mind that this uses the special Shimano connecting PIN instead of a master link or pushing he PIN back in place. The Shimano PIN connector works great, but if you have to remove it for any reason you will need to buy another PIN.
