Once the adhesive pad is stuck on can the mirror be removed and then replaced?

Yes! Once the adhesive pad is stuck to the helmet, you can remove and replace both the arm and the mirror or just the mirror.

Worked great, unless wearing a pack and until the mounting pad fell off my helmet. I liked the ball joint mount. Because I use my helmet for a veriety of activities, and I was constantly removing and installing arm from pad, I ended up losing ball joint packing part, replacing with a wad of electrical tape. It still worked, but could use some improvements.

Mounted easily and remains stable once you adjust it into place. I will be purchasing another one for my other helmet and also a few for other riders in my group.
