The Nitto RB-021 is the ultimate bullhorn/pursuit bar. Characterized by an aggressive positioning, it has a swift drop and long reach. Extremely stiff aluminum construction allows for a bar that is strong, efficient, and light. In general, the RB-021 is designed for the track racer, the messenger, and the city single-speeder wanting to get better torque and speed out of the bike.
Is all this talk of performance making you rethink comfort? Think again. There are several hand positions options, and set at the correct height with a modest stem length, and the Nitto RB-021 can arguable be more comfortable and natural than drop bars with brake hoods. However, do bear in mind that it will put you a little further forward and lower than your current set-up (i.e., the RB-021 is not recommended for your beach cruiser).

This bar is great for track or single speed. It is really comfortable, and allows for several different hand positions depending on how far forward you want to be. The bars are extremely stiff. I had Salsa drop bars on the bike before, and switching to the Nitto bullhorns was like night and day. The Salsa was flexy, with the Nitto handlebars I feel close to no flex, even when cranking down and rocking the bike. Highly reccomended for anyone who doesn't need shifters.

These bars are wonderful. I put some cane creek bar-end brake levers in the ends and have never felt any shifting whatsoever. The levers hook towards the bar, so reach isn't an issue.
Hands are comfortable right beside the stem, on the angled sections, on the 90-degree curve, on the flat, with the upward-pointing section between your thumb and forefinger, and with your palms resting on the same section.
I regularly lean over these bars with my hands at the ends to skid or climb a hill, and never feel the slightest flex.

Bought these looking for a more aggressive position. they didn't disappoint. Only problem is that space is limited for brake levers, and the reach of them might be too much if one wanted to use bar end style levers...which, I'm not even sure are compatible. Anyway. Great bars. Great price.

I love my Nitto Bars. They make climbing on my high ratio fixed much easier. They are also significantly more comfortable than my drop bars and have many more hand positions than flat bars (which always hurt my elbows when I commute).
The only downside is that you have to tilt your head up to see, which isn't much of a problem where I cycle, which is often flat and straight, or fast but in quiet neighborhoods. I don't do any trick: I just like to go fast.
These bars are perfect for that. I am so glad I made the switch.
