A GuestThe lever is super-long, which makes it easy to get a tight clamp without murdering your hand. Plus, it looks sweet, especially if you get a cool color. One thing to be aware of is that you need an Allen wrench to adjust the tightness before you clamp it down. Not a big deal, though, because once you set it, it stays put.

mtn...@gm...l.comI own a 2012 trek fuel 5. I was in the hunt for a anodized orange quick release seatpost clamp to match some of my other assesories I have on my bike. I needed a 36.4 which seamed to be an odd size. I got on treefortbikes.com and found they had other colors in 36.4 ,but not in orange. I emailed TFB and asked about 36.4 orange clamp. 2 days later they offer 36.4 in orange on there website. Very happy with the response time and the quality of the salsa seatpost clamp. looks awesome on my trek feul 5. Thanks TFB...........Rick

manifest.sonStops the seatpost from sliding. Looks shiny, and the red complements my bike's colors. The lever is perhaps a little longer than it has to be, and I worry about catching my clothes on it. The lever curves in so that hasn't been a problem for me. I guess you shouldn't wear super baggy clothes when riding...

ricoincI was looking for a good seat adjustment clamp, and was recommended this one. I couldn't be happier. It does the job, and it looks good too.

A GuestThis is a quality part. I bought this for an Niner MCR frame in hopes that it'll fit but 30mm vs 29.6mm required is just a hair too loose. It looks like the Niner frame is built to exact dim. and Salsa too. So a diff. of 0.4mm is too much.

ham...@ho...l.comMy seat post is a 32mm, but the outside of the down tube is 34mm, so I got the 35mm clamp and it works great.
