I have one of these but the index is for 6 gear cassette, I need 8. Can I buy internals?

For eight speeds you really don't need indexing. I run friction shifting on a ten speed cassette and once you get used to it it's not really an issue to hit your gears. If you have your heart set on indexing, by all means search out the right shifters, but especially with as few gears as eight, friction is fine

Unfortunately there are no small parts available for these shifters, also between generations the parts would be slightly different.

will the right side work in index mode with 7speed shimano rx100 deralier?
A.

The pull ratio is the same for 7 and 8 speed drivetrains, so the derailleur should work.
It will not index for 7 speed correctly if that is what you are looking to do. You will be able to use it in the friction mode if needed.
