Grifo XS 700x32c Black and Brown Clincher

I tried these dry condition cross tires on my rando commute bike and liked the ride on rough pavement so much I converted the bike to flat bars for more dirt riding. I found the grip fine unless climbing really steep dirt. A bonus is that the ride back on pavement feels really fast. I recommend them for mixed terrain rides, but they're also the most comfortable 32mm size road tires I've tried, which includes paselas and Grand Bois 30mm tires.

Ideal mixed surface tires. Most of my rides combine pavement, dirt roads and gravel paths. These tires are terrific everywhere. Faster on pavement than any other cross tire while offering great traction off road. Very supple tire - they feel more comfortable than the width suggests. The only downside is that the tread wears down more quickly with lots of pavement riding - definitely not for power skidders!

Excellent super smooth, very fast rolling tire in 32c now 33c. Good puncture resistance and very fast on pavement, dirt and gravel! Super Supple ride quality! Best tire I have ridden to date. Will continue to ride as they are made, will try the slightly softer white tread with black sidewall compound for better traction as a friend and multiple reviews have been done on them saying they do not wear out any faster, but do have a slight advantage in traction as I can lock up the black/tan combo pretty easily on pavement. Still no doubt my favorite tire to date!
