Since these fenders are a little narrower than the tires you're talking about they will not quite provide full coverage, but will probably do a pretty good job. Thanks

Fenders may require some modification to clear the brake calipers.

I haven't come across any full coverage fenders that are totally trouble free, but a little frustration can bring a lot of dry riding.

Sure they can - use P-clamps you can find at any Lowe's or Home Depot.
For the front you might use a star nut INTO the fork bottom to help with that mount.
For the rear you could use an offset mount (Lowe's/Home Depot) to attach the lower-front of the fender.

Unless you are a duct tape and zip tie master, which would still give you poor results. Fender mount are required.
They also do not work with almost all suspension forks out there.

These are bigger fenders than 26"ers, yet the hardware used is the same (I believe). Anyway, these flex a lot more than fenders on smaller bikes do.
Also, the bracket for the front fork is probably way too short to work for most rigid forks. Sure didn't work on my El Mariachi. Would have been nice if Planet Bike would have added a short extender. Had to make one.
That said, couldn't find any other alternative, and although the fenders ride really close to the tires, they do keep the muck off the bike.
