Okay, here is the scoop. I have no doubt that the proofide is a great product and that the proofide will allow my Brooks to have many years of service, but there is one major downfall to this thing that I did not know of before; my honey colored saddle turned dark after applying it, close to a red/brown. That is not the proofide's fault, its just meant to do that. I would highly recommend this for brown and black saddles, or if you don't mind honey colored saddles.
