CrimecrusherI purchased the female version of this for my wife's bike. When I rode it around the block, I loved her saddle so much I purchased the man version for me. It came in the day before a 24 hour MTB race and I raced with the new saddle. Even new, it was the most comfortable saddle I've ever rode and I won't ride anything else now.
After a year of use and close to 800 off road MTB miles it held up very well. I broke it off in a race that also broke a wheel. Not the seat's fault, but replacing with the same saddle.

A GuestThis is the 2nd Man Gel Flow purchased. One is on a harsh riding 853 custom road bike and the other is on a Kestrel MTB that is somewhat more comfortable. In both cases, the ride improved immeasurably. With many miles on the saddle, on good and bad roads, it has proved its worth. It is extremely comfortable and allows for lots more hours on the road or trail than the previous saddles (in both cases they were Flite Titanium). After over 50 years riding a bike, this is my favorite saddle.

Jacob.VellaccioSimply put, this saddle works for me. I am a cat 3 road/crit racer from the D.C. area and I put around 180-200 miles of training in a week so comfort and performance are my two greatest considerations. This may look too wide or too bulky to race, but in the middle of a 50 mile training ride, you don't want discomfort on numbness. That's what this saddle does; allows you to spend 4 hours riding/racing hard, without discomfort. It performs just as well if not better than any 200 gram racing saddle. If a Sella SLK works for you, all the power to you, but for me, this saddle was what I needed. Also, the stitching on the top of the saddle doesn't chafe or wear out shorts so extra plus for Sella. This is my gold standard for saddles.
