Although outboard bearing cranks have long been standard in the world of road and mountain biking, SRAM was the first on the scene with an outboard bearing crank for the track and is still just about the only one out there doing it.

Using this crankset on my track bike, and I have no regrets. They have broken in very smoothly in the past 2 weeks. For the price and the content of this item. It's a steal! I would strongly recommend this SRAM omnium crankset to anyone!
