RC470 Long Reach Brake Caliper

A versatile brake caliper, the Promax RC470 couples a strong dual pivot design with extra long slots for plenty of pad height adjustability. This makes them perfect for use with road bikes that fit larger tires and fenders, be it one of the new crop of 700c frames designed for the purpose or converting an old 27" frame to 700c wheels to gain the necessary clearance. Spring tension is adjustable to fine-tune lever feel, and a quick release makes wheel swaps with big tires a cinch.
