The third generation of Shimano's DH line gets its own pedal, the Shimano Saint MX80 platform pedal. This updated design has a wider and lower profile, while keeping the same concave design that made the previous MX30 legendary.

The sharp two-tone aluminium body offers easy pin replacement and adjustment, while the race-proven cromoly spindle has already shown that it won''t give when the pressure is on.

Purchased these since they seemed to get good reviews by those that have used them. Comes with spiky crampons installed, a tool to install and uninstall them, spare crampons, and a bag of spacers to adjust the height of the crampons. A low profile pedal, with a large and grippy platform that looks less likely to chew up the shins than a bear trap. I would purchase another pair for sure.

I originally purchased these pedals for my fatbike, however am going to use them for my CX bike instead. They are very comfortable, and give me a more stable pedal under my foot.
