TS8 R 27.5" ELECT Suspension Fork with Electronic Lockout

The Magura TS8 R eLECT fork represents Magura's latest technology in fork design. Based on the stellar TS8 R fork featuring a progressive air spring system with external rebound and air preload, and super stiff 32mm aluminum stanchions. Magura''s iconic double arch design is forged from a super light single piece of magnesium offering predictable tracking and front end rigidity.

The eLECT system is an electronically controlled lockout function for TS8 suspension forks. eLECT locks the fork automatically depending on the riding situation, yet the entire system is 15 g lighter than the mechanical DLO. A wireless remote allows you to control the lockout function manually, either mounting it directly to a MT brake lever or with a handlebar clamp. Using 3D-acceleration sensors the fork registers any changes in inclination or impacts, and senses when your bike is in free-fall to unlock the fork to prevent damage or rider injury.

• Automatic mode: The 3D acceleration sensor registers gradients and shocks with its free-fall and motion detection functions.
• Manual mode: The lockout function is controlled independently using the wireless remote. The remote unit can be mounted to the MT brake lever either directly or with a handlebar clamp.
• Operating time: 40 hours in automatic mode, 60 hours in manual. A micro-USB charging port is provided.
