TD1 External Cup 1" Traditional Threaded Headset

The threaded Aheadset features a unique and functional adjusting cone design that uses either a standard external bottom bracket wrench or a hook spanner tool for adjustments. It can also be adjusted by hand. The adjusting cone design also lowers the overall stack height. The lock-nut is designed with large 32mm wrench flats ensuring that a common 10" adjustable wrench can be used. The cups and cones work together with an innovative LubeAlarm o-ring to seal-out contaminants.

• 12mm insertion depth and 3mm lead-in for easy installation
• Both the TD and TD1 use the same 1-1/8" high-complement caged ball bearings
• Adjusting cone can be adjusted using an external bottom bracket wrench, hook-spanner, or by hand
• Locknut features large 32mm wrench flats allowing a common 10" adjustable or 32mm headset wrench to be used
• LubeAlarm seals audibly alert the rider when more grease is needed in the headset, extending headset life
