Shipping and Policies

Shipping isn't just a standard task at Tree Fort Bikes, it's exciting! We know you want your bike stuff as soon as possible so you can get out and ride, that's why we have spent years developing our supply management system. Because of this we are able to ship most any order out within 2 business days if not sooner for free or same day much of the time with rush processing.

We know it's a drag to see a great price only to realize you have to pay for that "deal" in shipping. That's why we always offer free shipping on non-oversized / non-ORMD items. It's that simple, if the item isn't ORMD or oversized it's going to ship for free in the continental US!

Free Shipping

FREE No Rush Shipping*
Choose this option and you can expect your order to arrive for free within 4-10 days after your order has shipped. The date of shipment is based on when the last available item that is not backordered is transferred to our shipping facility. The ship date for No Rush Shipping is shown on the product page and the checkout page.
*Oversized items carry fees. States outside continental US carry additional fees and you will be contacted with an actual shipping quote.

In Store Pick-Up
Any item purchased may be picked up from our store by choosing the In Store Pick-Up option. Most Non-oversized / Non-ORMD items will be available for pickup in-store within 2 business days. You will receive an e-mail notification when they are ready for pick-up, please call first or wait for this notification prior to driving in to pick up orders.

Rush Processing

Sometimes you want things ASAP and we want to get you your order as soon as we can. To help speed things along we offer Rush Processing on most items. For an additional fee, we will ship from the fastest location available for the product (generally the first sort point in our warehouse system). The date that your Rush Processing order will leave is shown both on the product pages and on the checkout page. These orders ship ground via UPS, USPS or FedEx and often leave from a much closer warehouse than No Rush Processing.

Returns

Return Timeframe

Orders that are returned must be received back at Tree Fort Bikes within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Item Condition

Any item that is returned must be in the original, resellable, undamaged packaging and the item must be in brand new / unused / uninstalled condition.
Please do not ship any item back in the products packaging alone as we will not be able to issue refunds where the original product packaging is damaged and not re-sellable as new.

Fees

Orders paid with PayPal will be refunded less the 5% fee charged by PayPal
Please note that some open box items are not able to be returned as noted on the product page.
On rare occasions we may, at our discretion allow an out of policy return with an adequate depreciation / recertification / restocking fee

Return Process

So that we can better keep track of your return you will need to obtain a return authorization (RMA) number through your online account or by calling us before sending items back. Please place this return authorization on the outside of the box or we will not be able to find your order to refund you.
You can generate a RMA within your account by clicking on the order number that you would like to return items from and then clicking on the "Return Items" button.

If you did not create an account while checking out, just hit the forgot password link on the login panel at the top of the page and enter the e-mail address that you used to place the order.
Once you have the return authorization number you can send the item back to us at the address provided with the RMA.

At Tree Fort Bikes we are aware that the massive amounts of unwanted e-mail that come from other advertisers slows you down and we promise to keep our communications with you limited and short.
