If you have a 26.0 handlebar and want to run cross lever that are only available in 31.8, All City has you covered with these little shims are a whole lot more economical that a new bar and stem.

If the clamp is 31.8mm and the clamping surface is 26.0mm I don't see why it wouldn't work.
