Most of the 185mm rotors have been discontinued, your brakes will work with a 180mm rotor, you will however need a new adapter that is 5mm shorter.

The brake adapter will depend on the frame that the caliper is being mounted to. If the brake mount on the frame is designed for 160mm it would be a 20mm spacer, if the frame is 140mm standard it would be a 40mm spacer.
