These pads don't make the grinding noise as bad as the regular pads do.

Great stopping power and modulation. Better than metal pads. Not as noisy. Wears out faster than metal.

Pads came new on my Scalpel and have lasted for a couple years. Not too fast if you ask me about wear rate. There is no noise, strong progressive breaking when needed. I would hesitate to ride anything else.

Easy enough to swap. Some noise still there...maybe as it wears in, the squeak disappears. New 160mm disc and new pads. Had metallic before. Organic pads seem to require greater finger pressure to stop. I think i can live with occasional squeal in favor of easier stopping power, at least in the front. Again, maybe break-in period needed. Going back to metallic in the front but keeping organic in the back. Time will tell.
