The Speed Dial 7 levers are interchangeable. Avid only sells one replacement lever and it is designed to be used on either side.

These levers are awesome for any mechanical brakes, I love the adjustability and the crisp spring back. The mounting bolt can be installed either way so you can run it as a front or rear lever.
I actually misread the title when I ordered this and thought it was the pair... I was comparing prices with JensonUSA and should have been more careful. They sell the pair for 19.99, should have price matched!
