Bike Ribbon Cork Tape is the classic cork tape you've come to know and love, but without the fancy brand name so when you won''t have to choose the lesser of two evils in the age old dilemma of "blistered fingers vs broken bank". The padding is stiff yet complaint, the material is tacky but not sticky, and the material is relatively thin, for a wrap that is ultra-sleek and professional.
What does this mean for you? Stiff padding is comfortable for all day riding, but also controllable so you can maintain your bars when hairy situations come up. The cork compound keeps your hands put and won''t slip, but doesn''t feel sticky either - even on long hot days in the saddle.
- Uses the same cork compounds as "the big guys"
- A bunch of cool colors
- Two rolls and bar end plugs

ccurve1I have tried different tapes over the years and I have found the Cork Plus to be good value for the money. It stretches well without ripping, has a good slip resistant feel and great water resistance. The thickness allows you to use a gel pad underneath without making the bar too thick. If you ride many miles, you can replace the tape often without breaking the bank.

A GuestThe good: It's a lot cheaper than the Salsa Cork stuff, it looks nice.
The bad: It started to tear and shred after a week, a lot faster than the Salsa. It seems a little thin on the edges, compromising its structural integrity.

tahoeeddieDecent bar tape. Price is great. It was just a tad short. I had to unwrap and stretch it out a bit to get just a little more distance out of it.

scrptdrlike they say you get what you pay for. If you pull on this to get it tight it rips, and din't quite make it as far up bar as i would like on road bar. That said it looks okay and feels right.

xrodolfoxI was warned that this tape was pretty poor, and it has been exactly as expected: the tape is falling off just a month after wrapping my knew bars, but I'm OK with that. The tape is cheap, and it's been good so far. It'll probably be a hassle to take off later, but I'm fine with it for now.

a.wilsonThe only good thing about this product is that it's so inexpensive. Mine already had little tears in it when I bought it and it didn't last at all. The underside of the tape is so stick that, mixed with the cheap thinness of the stuff, when I went to remove the tape it tore multiple time.
Not cool.
