The Blackburn Outpost frame bag in medium measures roughly 18x7 unexpanded and 18x11" in expanded form. A Camelbak 100oz bladder measures roughly 16.5x6.75" when full. so it should work with a little room to spare. Some other brands have longer thinner bladders and may require the use of a 70oz to fit.
