tom...@tf...3.comThe device is very fragile, and does not breakaway in case of a spill. My first one lasted two months, before a slow-mo spill wrecked the screen and mount. No service from Bosch whatsoever, probably unknown to TFB since they sent me to Bosch for repair. The device itself is very informative, and pretty easy to use. Generous display size and functionality, which I would more recommend for Urban and Trekking but not for eMTB. The device is securely mounted into a metal plate embedded into a plastic frame, with a manual release for removing the device. The device is not coming off without extreme pressure otherwise, which is what happened during the tumble. It sits exposed to damage right over the stem so if you're on a technical downhill and do an endo, you'll take the device with you, or if you get swiped from the front, it will take the device right off the mount. The functionality is super, but if you're an aggressive rider, stick with the controls that come with the bike and dress it out with your own GPS. It's great, but not $370 every two months great.
