We do not offer replacement parts for this pump. You may be able to find an O-ring at your local hardware store. Thats where I have gone to get some to fix a pump of mine.

This is my first shock pump, so nothing to compare it to. It's plenty easy to thread on, easy to pump, and easy to take off. The bleed valve has good feel for a bleed.
It's a little tough to hold onto, but a pair of gloves to give me better grip did the job.

I don't have anything to compare this to but it served its purpose. The build feels solid so it will probably be the last I ever need to buy. The air release valve is a nice feature for dialing in pressure.
