I picked up this headset for a quick build until I can get my hands on something better.
While the price is great, and the bearings and everything is smooth and well fitting, I find it a bit troubling that the fork crown race is plastic.
I have no miles on this part as I write this, but I would have gotten the next step up if I had known about the plastic race.
I'm sure it will be fine for a while, as it's going on a Salsa Vaya, so mostly smooth road and occasional gravel riding. However, I'd be wary/cautious if using on a mountain bike, especially with a rigid fork.

Purchased to replace a threaded ahead semicartridge to use with Surly 1x1 fork.
Made the change from threaded to threadless almost effortless. Used on an older Specialized mountain bike converted to single speed for exercise.
