This crown race is designed to work with Cane Creek headsets that have a bottom bearing that is made to run with an 1-1/8" steerer tube (30mm ID). If you have a bearing that is made to run with a 1.5" tapered fork (40mm ID) you will want to use this 333222415359 crown race with an 1-1/8" fork and a 1.5" Cane Creek headset.
