The 27x1-3/8" tires will fit on a rim that uses 27x1-1/4" tires, you may have clearance issued depending on the frame or brakes you are using.

We do, the Q-Tubes 700x35-43mm tube will also work with 27x1-3/8" tires.

I recently purchased these for a 1986 Schwinn Voyageur so I could take it on the many trails and fire roads around Arizona. The first time out they performed flawlessly. Quiet and smooth on pavement and grippy when turning. Off-road I've taken them over hard packed gravel, rocky trails, sandy river beds, steep dirt hills, etc. Paired with some thick tubes they've gone 100 miles with no flats, and that's saying something given some of the harsh vegetation in the desert. It has turned my road-only touring bike into a do-all, go-anywhere machine. Best 27" knobby tires I've found.

Bought these for cheap to throw on a beater fixie for a trip to New Orleans (awful street conditions). Expected very little, and was surprised at awesome these tires are. Rolls right over the holes and cracks and juts. Bites nicely in corners even when there's loose gravel/debris. Very predictable and dependable tire.
