Contour Sport Gel Pads feature a medical grade hydrogel on one side and a non-adhesive backer on the other to allows user to position the gel pad on various muscle groups. If used properly the pads should last up to 30 EMS sessions. Each package contains either 4 large or 4 small pads depending on which you choose. Electrode placement should always be on skin free of oils, make up, lotions and other cosmetics. Experience the benefits of EMS today!
