Will this work on the 2018 specialize diverge comp? I know the truaxles are different on Specialize bikes. Thanks.

If your bike has a DT Skewer with a 6mm hex head, it should work, it most likely will not snap onto the head of a Specialized brand skewer.

will the DT swiss RWS handle work with all thru axles? My salsa warbird does not have a handle just the blank hex wrench hole.

You could use this instead of a Hex wrench to remove the skewer, but it most likely won't stay on the Salsa skewer because the DT Swiss thru-axles have a lip that this lever snaps on.
