According to this chart, these end caps are not compatible with the R24DB rear road wheel.

When used on a Boost hub, the spacing is 148mm and not 142mm.

Like most hub brands the DT Swiss Boost hubs have a wider hub shell than the 135/142mm hubs and can not be converted from Boost to anything else.
