Sil...@gm...l.com Easy to install as long as you have the bottom bracket tool and cheap enough to not bother with changing out just the bearings( which requires a press). Got over 2 years and 3500 miles on my mountain bike with the same original BB . Nothing really wrong with the old one, I just thought it was time to change it . The crank arms are now smooth as butter though i kinda thought they would spin a little "freer" . Not tight or binding at all , but just a very slight drag .
