this stuff is great. I used to use a trag and it'd snag and get all cught up.. Gear Floss is awesome - you have to try it. seems hokey, but works great. be sure to check their video for a 'visual' go here: http://www.youtube.com/user/FinishLineUSA#p/u/16/sHAUup70ZzA
