Works well, made me a believer. Comes with about six cleanings' worth of degreaser and about six years worth of chain lube.

This chain cleaner works a treat. Put enough degreasing solution in to submerge the chain and wet the brushes, then pull the chain through a few times, and it made my blackened and gunked up bike chain shiny like it was new. All I had to do afterwards is dry the chain with some paper towels and then apply fresh chain lube, and rinse out the chain cleaner tool with fresh degreasing solution until it's clean. Takes all of 5 minutes.
An indispensable tool for anyone who likes to do his own bike maintenance.
