If the Fox Float R is pre-2000 it will not, but if it is from 2000 or newer it should. You can find complete service guides and a parts list for your shock by entering the serial number on Fox's tech site here:

Great kit, easy to rebuild. Little messy dealing with oil. My first shock rebuild, prompted by sucked in shock. Just need a vice, rag, strap wrench. Fox has video on YouTube that walks you through it. I have a low tune propedal with the large volume chamber. This outer sleeve has two thin o-rings. The kit only comes with one so figure out which of the two is in better shape and keep that one.
