Im pretty sure it will work, but it will not work if your bike has the hanger type that attaches through the drop out.

This axle should allow you to use your thru-axle equipped Giant Road bike with most trainers that require a Q/R axle. We haven't had any issues with CycleOps, Kinetic or Giant brand trainers.
