The Halo SAS rim has a 36mm outer and 30mm inner width. A 2" tire would be the minimum tire size you would want to use.

Spoke length will depend on the hub, length of the nipple and how the hub is laced. The ERD (effective rim diameter) of the Halo SAS 32h is 538mm. You can use this measurement along with your hub measurements into the DT Swiss spoke calculator here:
