I have a Hope 2 EVO that is currently 20 x 110 NON-BOOST / DH standard (fits Marzocchi 888). Will this kit allow me to convert this hub to 15 x 100 non - boost thru axle for use with a non -boost Fox 36?

If you have the non-boost 20mm front hub, it should as it has the same hub shell as the Q/R version.

I'm not sure if Hope has a different version for boosted hubs like Stans does. They have end caps that are shorter since (I assume you are aware of) boosted hubs have wider flanges despite having the same 110 spacing as the regular 20x110 non boosted hubs. If you use the end caps above which I assume are for the non boosted hubs the spacing will exceed the 110mm.
