Rear Derailleur Adjusting Barrel

This is just what I needed. Works great for rear derailers that do not have a cable adjustment. I was able to install Shimano Dura Ace downtube shifters on my Salsa Vaya with a Shimano XT rear derailer. Works like a champ and now I am shiftin' it old-school.
