Mountain Pro Extreme Disc Brake Pad Avid Elixir

Jagwire's proprietary RedZone HeatShield technology creates a heat barrier between the compound and the backing plate resulting in a higher threshold for heat-induced brake fade. The HeatShield technology is included on all Jagwire disc brake pads and results in a better performing, more consistent disc pad.

The Extreme pads use a sintered-metal compound for wet conditions or DH-type setups needing maximum power.
