The Kuat NV 2.0 Hitch Rack represents the evolution of our best selling hitch rack, the Kuat NV. The Kuat NV 2.0 is easier to use, offers more adjustments and now works with fat bikes with tires up to 4.8" if you use the optional Kuat Phat Bike Kit.
When designing the NV 2.0, Kuat's goal was to make an already easy to use hitch rack even easier to use. The Kuat NV 2.0 Hitch Rack features adjustable cradles to fit more bikes with wheelbases up to 48", upgraded locks that have stronger and longer cables, a re-designed rack pivot with hands-free foot lever, removable Trail Doc work-stand, and updated ratchet arms for a more secure hold on your bikes.
Included with the Kuat NV 2.0 Hitch Rack is an updated version of the Trail Doc repair stand. The new Trail Doc can be used mounted to the rack like the previous version, but now can be removed and used on its own with the optional Tri Doc leg kit.
If you need to carry more than 2 bikes, the Kuat NV 2.0 Hitch Rack with the 2" receiver version can be expanded to 4 bikes with the optional NV 2.0 Add-on.

The hoist is easy to install and snug down to keep from rocking. It holds the bikes firmly. The bike holder extension is a sweet feature for oiling your chain or other maintenance.
