In my opinion Lezyne makes the best bike pumps, both portable frame mount on your bike and floor pump for at home. They are just designed great and built great. Do they cost more - yes, but sometimes it's worth the extra $ to get a good quality tool that will be reliable and last for years. What I especially love is the piece of hose inside the pump you pull out and screw on to the end of the pump, you can screw it on two ways, one way provides a Schrader and the other provides a Presta. The hose makes it easier to fill up the tire since it's not such a rigid connection to the valve, the hose gives you flexibility when pumping. Also the hose end screws on to the valve providing positive engagement so there is really no way it's going to come off.
