These worked far better than my previous plastic toe cages. I am not ready to make the investment of shoes and pedals and these steel cages are the next best thing.

These clips are fabulous. They're much more practical than full-size clips with straps, especially when you're biking in city traffic. And you can wear any kind of shoe without scuffing them up. I highly recommend them. I have them on MKS detachable pedals.
