The clip size is going to vary based on the shoes that you are going to be using. MKS does have a size diagram of the stainless toe clip and it can be found here.

The toe clips do include mounting hardware.

Pedals that are designed for toe clips have 2 holes drilled in the front of the pedal. Sometimes the pedal will have a reflector installed where the toe clip mounts to.
