26 x 2.0 Larsen TT UST LUST Tire
The Larsen TT works on a vast number of terrains and conditions, which is why it is the favored tread of so many of our pro dual riders. The TT hooks up well because each small, square lug in the tread pattern is ramped to roll easily, yet tightly spaced so more knobs are making contact with the ground. Thus, the contact patch is effective on a wide variety of surfaces. UST LUST - Tubeless tire with Lightweight Ultimate Sidewall Technology. LUST offers better puncture resistance, improved air retention, better longevity and lower weight than previous tubeless technologies

mrfetiFirst off, I've got to say this tire is a true 2.0 if not a little bigger! I've got a set of Conti Explorers in a 2.1 on my old bike and these TT's are wider than those!!! I've heard that when Continental measures tire width they include the tread in the measurement wherease some companies (and I'm thinking Maxxis) just measure the tire casing (not including tread). That being said, if were to order these tires again, I'd probably get them in the 1.8 size.
These tires came with my bike and when I got them I thought they would ride similar to the Kenda SB8's that I've used in the past and love... well, they do and they don't. These tires seem to hook up better than the SB8's (probably because of the deeper tread) and they definately seem to climb better but these tires do have more rolling resistance! They do an okay job clearing mud, even the sticky clay stuff, but they fling it all over the place which can be kind of annoying when your front tire is spewing dirt into your eyes from under your glasses (yeah, I know... bigger glasses = problem solved). I haven't had any issues with them washing out when cornering unless it's muddy or sandy in the apex (I know most "pro" reviews say this isn't a good cornering tire... maybe they're referring to this tire in the 1.8 size???).
Overall the TT's are pretty good all around tires. If your'e debating on these or the SB8's I think it boils down to the types of trails you're riding on. If you're riding on dry to loose wet I think the TT's have the advantage, but if you're looking for speed on hardpacked trails definately go with the SB8's.
