Minion FBR 26 x 4.80 Fat BikeTire EXO Tubeless Ready

The Maxxis Minion FBR is a rear-specific fat bike tire designed for trail riding in the Summer while providing plenty of traction in loose snow during the Winter. The Minion FBR shares the tread profile as the Maxxis Minion DHR II but has been optimized for fat bikes. The Minion FBR tread design features race day proven side knobs shapes for cornering traction and ramped, paddle-like knobs down the middle, minimizing rolling resistance and maximizing traction in all conditions.

Maxxis uses Dual Compound rubber on the Minion FBR with a softer rubber on the out knobs and a slightly stiffer rubber for the center tread for less rolling resistance and improved tread life. This version of the Minion FBR includes EXO sidewall protection and a tubeless ready casing. 

If you find yourself needing more front traction in the Winter the Minion FBR can also be used as a front tire. You will gain a little more rolling resistance over using a Minion FBF.
