Arsis Double 10 speed Carbon Dual Control Levers

I bought these for a bike with dual road/cyclocross use. I really like that the brake levers don't move side to side, there was zero problem getting used to it and I completely prefer it. I wanted something light that could take a beating, and I liked that the levers were carbon wrapped aluminum, and I can verify that they can take a beating. I got hit by a car earlier in the week and I was moving pretty fast when it happened. The handlebars took majority of the impact of the road, and these levers got hammered pretty bad. They're scraped up good, but the plastic parts didn't get gouged too bad, and the levers are fine even though a lot of the carbon got scraped off. If these had been full carbon levers I'd be waiting for a new pair in the mail right now. My only complaint is that the throw length is a little bit different for each of the three shift spots on a single throw, so if your derailleurs aren't really well dialed in then there can be some issues with shifts not sticking all the time, but it's not a big deal really.
