What is the vertical distance from the minimum insertion line to the center of the bar clamp?

Because of the varied length of the stem, it depends on which size you choose. Longer stem lengths will have more distance between the insertion line and the clamp, because of the same angle.

If you have a fork with a 1" quill it will, the existing stem should measure 22.2mm in diameter.

If your Klein is a model with a 1-1/4" fork this stem will not work.
