The specs are off for this handlebar. The reach is definitely NOT 65mm, more like 85mm or more, since the reach looks about 15mm longer than on the Salsa Moto Ace Poco drop handlebar. The angle at the brake hoods drops too sharply, and therefore the drop position becomes too short if you adjust the handlebar upward to a more horizontal/leveled position at the hoods. Furthermore, the bend/curve of the bar from the stem to the hoods is too wide, so you don't have much space at the flat position. These factors do not make the bar look 'classic'. Not recommended for someone looking for a short reach narrow width drop bar. Look at other models.
